Arizona State ran its current straight-up winning streak to four games with Thursday’s 74-69 road victory over Stanford. It covered as a 2 ½-point underdog to improve to 7-3 against the spread in its last 10 games. The Sun Devils are 7-4 SU in Pac-12 play and 16-8 overall. The total has gone OVER in three of their last four games.

Remy Martin scored 24 points in Thursday’s win. The junior guard leads the team in scoring this season with 19.5 points per game while shooting 43.7 percent from the field.

Utah is 14-10 SU with a 5-7 record in conference play. One of the early setbacks on Jan. 4 was a 69-64 road loss to Oregon as a 4 ½-point underdog. More recently, the Utes lost to Oregon State 70-51 on Thursday as a five-point road underdog. This followed wins at home (SU and ATS) against Stanford and Cal as a favorite. They are 5-2 ATS over their past seven games with the total staying UNDER in all seven contests.

There are four players averaging at least nine points a game led by sophomore forward Timmy Allen (17.9 point). Utah is averaging 71.5 PPG.
