UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: Alabama is coming off a rare season in which it didn't reach the College Football Playoff. Still, the Crimson Tide finished 11-2 SU/7-6 ATS. In the Sugar Bowl, Bama staked Kansas State to a 10-0 lead, then scored five straight touchdowns en route to a 45-20 rout as a 7.5-point favorite.

Middle Tennessee State went 8-5 SU/6-6-1 ATS last year. In the Hawaii Bowl vs. San Diego State, the Blue Raiders notched a 25-23 victory catching 7 points.

Alabama reached -39 at Caesars Sports on July 19, with no movement since then. The total is on the move, though, dipping from 54.5 to 51.5 over the past few days, with stops at 53 and 52 along the way.
