TwinSpires Sportsbook opened Notre Dame -7.5 and is up to -8. Ticket count is almost 5/1 and money beyond 6/1 on the Fighting Irish.

"It's early, but overwhelming tickets and money on Notre Dame so far. N.C. State will be a big need," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

Caesars Sports opened this matchup earlier Sunday, and the underdog Wolfpack got hit in a hurry. A few minutes after opening, Notre Dame dropped from -9 to -8, and the number went to Irish -7.5 by Sunday evening, where it remains now.
