Troy vs No. 15 Kansas State Odds
- Opening point spread: Kansas State -15.5
- Opening moneyline: Kansas State -800/Troy +550
- Opening total: Over/Under 50.5 points scored
- Time: Noon ET Saturday (FS1)
UPDATE 1 P.M. ET FRIDAY: K-State opened -16.5 at BetMGM and initially backed up to -15.5 on Monday. The Wildcats returned to -16.5 Tuesday and went to -17 (-105) this morning.
It's all Kansas State among early spread bettors, with ticket count 5/1 and money almost 9/1.
BetMGM opened the total at 49.5, got to 51.5 by Wednesday and hasn't moved since. The Over is seeing 60% of tickets, while money on the total is running dead even.
UPDATE 2 P.M. ET MONDAY: Kansas State (1-0 SU and ATS) opened in Week 1 vs. FCS opponent Southeast Missouri State. As expected, the Wildcats encountered little resistance in a 45-0 victory laying 28.5 points.
Troy is a step up for K-State. The Trojans (1-0 SU/0-1 ATS) opened against FCS foe Stephen F. Austin in Week 1 and notched a 48-30 victory as 25.5-point faves. Last season, Troy went 12-2 SU and had one of the nation's best ATS marks, at 11-3.
Kansas State climbed to -16.5 Sunday afternoon at Caesars, then early this morning backed up to the -15.5 opener. The total is stable at 50.5.
