LSU vs. Ole Miss Best Bet

Ole Miss is an offensive juggernaut, especially with Trinidad Chambliss under center. They have put up 40+ points and he has thrown for 300+ yards in each of his 2 games, while adding another 174 rushing yards and 2 TDs. On the other side, LSU's offense has struggled a bit, but I have faith in Garrett Nussmeier and that talented group of receivers to score on this Ole Miss defense that has shown leaks thus far.

Defensively, LSU's defense looks dominant, allowing just 10 or fewer points in every game, but if we look at the opponents, their vaunted defense looks a bit less impressive. Clemson's offense looks completely inept, LA Tech and SE Louisiana hardly count as offenses, and I'm not even sure Florida is legally a football team anymore. This is a massive step up in class for this LSU defense, and I don't think they'll be able to contain Ole Miss much better than Arkansas did. Lane Kiffin wants to push the tempo and light up the scoreboard, and I think he'll be able to do that on Saturday.
