Detroit Pistons at Cleveland Cavaliers (7:30 p.m.)

Best Bet: Cade Cunningham Over 2.5 3PM (+150)

It seems like the only thing we are hearing about the #1 overall pick so far this season is his one-sided rivalry with Jalen Green. The rookie Piston has started off the season inefficiently but that shot volume is definitely there. Cade has taken 7+ attempts in four straight games and I think we can expect to see a similar volume. In those last four games, he started out 0-9 and 1-7. I think we can attribute a lot of that to a rookie getting his first NBA minutes coming off of a late start due to injury. Over the last two games it seems like he has finally found his stroke shooting 4-8 and 3-7. This Cavs defense has two great interior defenders in Jarett Allen and Evan Mobley and I think the Pistons will need to do more work out on the perimeter. If He shoots between 6-9 attempts from three this game, I think he can cash this number instantly.

Milwaukee Bucks at Boston Celtics (ESPN, 7:30 p.m. ET)

Best Bet: Dennis Schroder Over 19.5 Points (+210)

Schroder has hit 20+ points in two straight games. In his three games without Jaylen Brown this season he's scored 18, 20, and 20 jumping up from his season average of 14.5. Dennis Schroder isnt a guy I'm particularly fond of betting on but when this Celtics team loses Jaylen Brown they become even more concentrated. The Bucks do have former defensive player of the year Giannis Antetokounmpo but I expect his preference to be much more troublesome for Jayson Tatum, the Celtics highest usage player. We've seen the Bucks tend to struggle a bit more against guards allowing this number in 4 of there last 5 games including some impressive performances with Maxey scoring 31 and Derrick Rose dropping 22 & 23.

Atlanta Hawks at Denver Nuggets (9:00 p.m. ET)

Best Bet: Nikola Jokic Top Point Scorer (+140)

Who doesn't love a good ole storyline. Returning from a one game suspension, former WWE Superstar Nikola Jokic finds himself back with the team taking on the Hawks. The Nuggets managed to win their last game against the Pacers without last year's MVP, but I expect a bit of a statement game here. Looking at the odds, the only player about him is Trae Young at +105. Jokic is averaging 25.8 points this season, a small advantage over Trae Young who currently averages 24.0. Jokic has scored 27+ in 4/10 (40%) while Trae Young hit in 5/12 (41%). Both of these players are hitting around the same clip but with Jokic having the higher average he does provide a higher floor, I think these odds should be closer to +110.
