How to Trade on the Super Bowl MVP on Kalshi

The concept of trading on Kalshi is pretty simple. Imagine you want to trade on Sam Darnold to win the Super Bowl MVP:

  • Yes Contract: Priced at $0.56
  • No Contract: Priced at $0.44

If you buy a "Yes" contract for $0.56 and your prediction is correct, you’ll earn $1, giving you a profit of $0.44. This setup mirrors traditional commodity futures trading, which encourages users to make informed predictions based on market trends and current events. Like any other financial marketplace, it's all about finding hidden value and taking advantage of market perceptions.

At BetMGM, Seahawks wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba leads the way in both tickets and money in Super Bowl MVP odds. Patriots QB Drake Maye and Seahawks QB Sam Darnold are close behind in ticket count, as of 8 p.m. ET Monday.

In money, Darnold closely follows Smith-Njigba, then there's a sizable gap to Maye at No. 3.

Super Bowl 60 MVP odds opened a few weeks ago, before the playoffs began. Darnold opened as the +600 co-favorite, along with Rams QB Matthew Stafford. Darnold is now the +120 favorite.

Maye opened as the +1100 co-third choice, joined by Bills QB Josh Allen and Broncos QB Bo Nix. Maye is now the +230 second choice.

Comparatively, Smith-Njigba was the long shot, opening +2000. He's now the +500 third choice.
