Barstool Promotional Code: Atlanta Falcons Vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Falcons and Seahawks will face each other in week three and both suffered road losses in week two. The Seahawks were losing all game and they never put the Niners in jeopardy of blowing their lead. The Falcons were getting blown out and almost pulled off their own “28-3” with a late second half surge.

The San Francisco 49ers dismantled any belief that the Seattle Seahawks led by Geno Smith are good. After playing to a nice 17-16 win over the overrated Denver Broncos at home, the Seahawks hit the road and did not score one offensive point. They had just 216 yards of total offense and allowed the Niners to accumulate 373 yards. They lost 27-7 behind a Jimmy Garoppolo led 49ers team. Trey Lance was carted off and has been ruled out for the season due to a “significant” ankle injury. Garoppolo went 13-21 and 154 yards with one touchdown. He had no turnovers.

Geno Smith had 197 yards and did not record a passing touchdown. He threw one interception.

The Falcons were down 28-3….sort of ironic, before they started their own comeback. Drake London caught a 5-yard touchdown pass to close the gap to 28-10. An early fourth quarter field goal by Matt Gay would be all the scoring the Rams would do for the remainder of the games. The Falcons would go on to score off an Olamide Zaccheaus 11-yard touchdown catch and a 28-yard return by Lorenzo Carter off a blocked punt. The comeback would fall short, with a 31-27 final in favor of the defending Super Bowl Champions.
