Snell, the 2018 AL Cy Young winner, has struggled since that dominant season, posting just one sub-4.00-era since.

Although he sports a 4.80 ERA this season in 15 innings of work, Snell has allowed only 16 baserunners and opponents are hitting a paltry .157 against the southpaw. That presents an interesting matchup since the Mets lead the majors in team batting average at .264. There are two players in the Mets projected starting lineup who have homered off of Snell in their careers: Pete Alonso and Starling Marte.
