Here's everything you need to know about the college football odds for the Week 3 game between Western Michigan and Iowa: the opening lines, spreads, betting trends and more. Check back regularly for updates.
Western Michigan vs. No. 25 Iowa

- Opening point spread: Iowa -23.5
- Opening moneyline: Iowa -10000/Western Michigan +2000
- Opening total: Over/Under 43.5 points scored
- Time: 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday (Big Ten Network)
UPDATE 4 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Iowa surged from -25.5 to -28.5 from Sunday afternoon to Monday afternoon at BetMGM. The line has been stable since then, with early ticket count actually 3/1 on Western Michigan, but early money just shy of 2/1 on the Hawkeyes.
BetMGM moved the total from 42.5 to 43.5 Monday, then returned to 2.5 Tuesday. Ticket count is almost 6/1 and money 4/1 on the Under.
UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: The only reason this lopsided matchup merits an early update is because it's become much more lopsided. Iowa (2-0 SU, 1-1 ATS) is already up 5.5 points to -29 vs. Western Michigan (1-1 SU and ATS).
That climb happened in barely 24 hours time in Caesars Sports' college football odds Week 3 market. The Hawkeyes opened -23.5 early Sunday afternoon, reached -27 within a few hours, then went to -28/-29 today.
