GAME DAY LATE UPDATE: With kickoff 30 minutes out, BetMGM has the Dolphins -2.5 (-120) in NFL odds Week 4. Miami has actually been at some form of -2.5 throughout, opening -2.5 (-115) eight days ago.
In digital wagering (online/mobile), BetMGM is seeing two-way spread play with a lean toward Miami, at 56% of bets/59% of money. On the moneyline, it's 59% bets Jets/60% money Dolphins.
When factoring that info in, along with parlays and such, it's no surprise that BetMGM wants the road 'dog.
"We're looking for the Jets here, and the Under," trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
The total is at 44, down from a 44.5 opener/45.5 high point early last week, but up from the 43.5 (Over -120) low early this afternoon.
GAME DAY EARLY UPDATE: About three hours ahead of kickoff, Miami is -2.5 (-120) in ESPNBET's Week 4 NFL odds. In fact, the Dolphins have been at some iteration -2.5 ever since this line opened eight days ago.
On the spread, 61% of tickets are on Miami, but 54% of money is on New York, when accounting for all bet types (straight/parlay etc.). Moneyline tickets on this short spread are running dead even, but 76% of moneyline dollars are on the Dolphins.
The total is at 44.5 (Under -115), after opening 44.5 flat and bottoming out at 43.5 multiple times this past week, including 43.5 (Over -120) at 1 p.m. ET. The Over is taking 68% of tickets/77% of money.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: At 9:30 p.m. ET Thursday, the Dolphins are -2.5 (-118) on DraftKings' NFL Week 4 odds board. Miami opened -2.5 (-115), got to -3 (-102) Tuesday, then went to -2.5 (-115) and -2.5 (-118) Wednesday.
It's two-way spread play with a lean toward the Dolphins, at 52% of bets/59% of money.
The total toggled between 45.5 and 44.5 a few times and is now 45.5 (Under -115). The Under is taking 53% of bets/78% of money so far.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Miami (0-3 SU/1-2 ATS) was tied with Buffalo at 21 early in the fourth quarter and was driving for a potential tying touchdown late in the fourth. But Tua Tagovailoa threw an interception, and the Dolphins fell 31-21 as 11.5-point road underdogs.
New York (0-3 SU/1-2 ATS) got a huge play that put it on the brink of a Week 3 win. Will McDonald IV blocked a Tampa field goal and returned it 50 yards for a touchdown, giving the Jets a 27-26 lead with 1:49 remaining.
But Gang Green then let the Bucs drive into position for a final-seconds field goal and lost 29-27 catching 6.5 points.
The SuperBook opened Jets-Dolphins at Miami -2.5 flat, then adjusted to Miami -2.5 (-120) Sunday night.

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Denver Broncos Odds

| Broncos vs

u44.5 (-110) | -470 +340 |
- Opening point spread: Broncos -7.5
- Opening moneyline: Broncos -360/Bengals +300
- Opening total: Over/Under 45 points scored
- Time: 8:15 p.m. ET Monday (ABC)
GAME DAY LATE UPDATE: With 45 minutes until kickoff, the Broncos are 7.5-point favorites in BetMGM's NFL Week 4 odds. Denver also opened -7.5, then spent some time Monday/Tuesday at -7 before going to -7.5 (-105) Tuesday night.
The Broncos have been at -7.5 flat since Saturday night. Spread tickets are running a little shy of 2/1 and spread money 2.5/1 on Denver.
"A Bengals cover would be enough. There are some last-leg parlays out there with Broncos moneyline. So if we could get one upset tonight, we'd prefer the Bengals," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
The total is at 44.5 (Under -115), down from BetMGM's 45.5 opener, but up from the 43.5 low point early last week. It's been at 44.5 (Under -115) since Saturday night, and Cipollini said the book needs the Under.
GAME DAY EARLY UPDATE: At 4:30 p.m. ET, Denver is -7.5 (-105) in ESPNBET's NFL odds Week 4 market. The Broncos opened -7.5 (even) and have been at some iteration of -7.5 almost all week, save for 24 hours Saturday/Sunday at -8.5 (-105).
Accounting for all bet types (straight/parlay etc.), 61% of spread tickets/59% of spread dollars are on Denver.
ESPNBET's total is at 44.5 (Under -115), and 44.5 is all it's ever been, at various juice. The Over is netting 63% of tickets/64% of money.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: Four days ahead of kickoff, the Broncos are -7.5 (-105) in DraftKings' Week 4 NFL odds. Denver opened -7.5 flat Sunday night, fell to -7 Monday and went to -7.5 (-105) Tuesday.
Spread tickets are 2.5/1 on the Broncos, but spread money is closer, with a modest lean toward Denver.
The total went from 44.5 to 43.5 (Over -115) Monday, then to 44.5 (Under -115) Tuesday. Ticket count is dead even, with 55% of money on the Over.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Denver (1-2 SU/0-3 ATS) had a great opportunity to post a mild upset of the L.A. Chargers. The Broncos led 20-13 after a field goal with 12:21 remaining. But Denver gave up a tying TD with 2:37 left, then loss on a last-second field goal 23-20.
Denver, a 2.5-point road 'dog, fell for the second week on a field goal as time expired.
Cincinnati (2-1 SU/1-2 ATS) found the first week without Joe Burrow (toe) not much to its liking. Jake Browning and the Bengals got trucked by Minnesota 48-10 getting 3 points on the road. And that was with the Vikings minus QB J.J. McCarthy, as Carson Wentz led the way.
Bengals-Broncos saw a lot of early movement in The SuperBook's NFL odds Week 4 market. In the first hour Sunday night, Denver went from -7.5 to -8, then dropped to -7 before returning -7.5.
"Two tough losses in a row for the Broncos on field goals as time expires," SuperBook VP John Murray said. "This is a lot to ask of Jake Browning going into Denver on a Monday Night.
"The lookahead line was more like Denver -6. But we felt we needed to adjust after the Bengals' performance today."
The total inched from 45.5 to 45 Sunday night.

Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys Odds
| Matchup | Spread | Total | Moneyline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cowboys vs
Packers | +7 (-118)
-7 (-102) | o47.5 (-105)
u47.5 (-115) | +275 -360 |
- Opening point spread: Packers -6.5
- Opening moneyline: Packers -300/Cowboys +250
- Opening total: Over/Under 48.5 points scored
- Time: 8:20 p.m. ET Sunday (NBC)
GAME DAY UPDATE: An hour before kickoff, Green Bay is -6.5 (-120) in BetMGM's Week 4 NFL odds. A week ago, the Packers opened -6 and quickly got to -6.5, then Monday went to -7, where the line stuck most of the week.
This morning, the Pack returned to -6.5, then went to -7 (-105) late this afternoon. At 5 p.m. ET, Green Bay went to -6.5 (-120), and that's unchanged.
"We want the Cowboys and Under," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini.
The total is at 46.5 (Over -118), down from a 47.5 opener and 48.5 high point Monday morning. Still, the book needs the Under. Cipollini regularly notes that with the proliferation of single-game parlays, low-scoring games – particularly prime-time games – are always preferred.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: On Tuesday, the Cowboys revealed that star wideout CeeDee Lamb has a high ankle sprain. He's out against the Packers and perhaps beyond Week 4.
Borgata Sports opened Green Bay -6.5 and is up to -7 in NFL Week 4 odds.
"With the injury to CeeDee Lamb, this game loses some luster," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "It’s been pretty much one-way traffic on the Packers thus far. With this being the Sunday night game, there will be plenty of parlays tied into Green Bay."
The total is down to 47.5 from a 48.5 opener.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Green Bay (2-1 SU and ATS) got a bunch of hype after it's 2-0 start, beating Detroit and Washington. But the Packers crashed back to earth in Week 3, losing 13-10 at Cleveland on a final-seconds field goal. The Pack were 7.5-point favorites.
Dallas (1-2 SU and ATS) dug out of an early 14-3 hole at Chicago by tying the game at 14 midway through the second quarter. But the Cowboys didn't score another point, losing 31-14 as 1.5-point road faves.
Just before Week 1, Dallas shipped star linebacker Micah Parsons to Green Bay in a huge trade. Now, Parsons will get a shot at his former team.
The SuperBook made some adjustments from last week to this week on Packers-Cowboys, with a notably higher number in the NFL odds Week 4 market.
"The lookahead number was Packers -4.5. But we re-opened Packers -6.5 after the Dallas loss to Chicago this afternoon," SuperBook VP John Murray said Sunday night. "The Cowboys' secondary has issues. We’ll be big Cowboys fans next Sunday night."
The spread bounced between Pack -6.5/-6 a couple times in the first hour, then settled at -6.
Baltimore Ravens vs. Kansas City Chiefs Odds

- Opening point spread: Ravens -3
- Opening moneyline: Ravens -145/Chiefs +125
- Opening total: Over/Under 48.5 points scored
- Time: 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday (CBS)
GAME DAY UPDATE: It's rare that Kansas City is a home underdog. Rarer still that oddsmakers need the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.
Baltimore is -2.5 (-115) in BetMGM's NFL odds Week 4 market, after opening -3 a week ago.
"Ravens-Chiefs is the surprise of the day. I thought we'd get 50/50 action, and it's about 80% Ravens money. So we want the Chiefs," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
The total is at 48.5, where this number has been pinned all week. Per usual, BetMGM will need the Under, particularly when factoring in parlays/single-game parlays.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: As of 7 p.m. ET Wednesday, Baltimore is a 2.5-point road favorite in Borgata Sports' NFL odds Week 4 market. That's down a tick from the Ravens -3 opener.
"The Ravens are coming off a disappointing loss to the Lions on Monday night to the Lions. Their run defense was exposed, and turnover problems continue to plague them," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "The Chiefs finally got their first win of the season with an ugly game at the Meadowlands against the Giants."
Both teams haven't been up to their playoff form so far, and barring a tie, one of them will be 1-3 SU entering Week 5. Still, oddsmakers respect Baltimore and K.C.
"This is still a battle of two of the highest power-rated teams in the AFC," Gable said. "We’ve seen this number bounce a few times between 3 and 2.5, but this may go lower before it’s all said and done.
"I think there will be plenty of recreational money here on Baltimore, and we could end up with a decent-sized decision in this game."
Borgata's total is steady at 48.5.
EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Baltimore (1-2 SU and ATS) is No. 1 in many oddsmakers' power ratings. But the Ravens have only one win through weeks to show for it. On Monday night in the Week 3 finale, Baltimore was a 4.5-point home favorite vs. Detroit and lost 38-30.
Interestingly, that didn't cause DraftKings Sportsbook to change things much for Ravens-Chiefs. Baltimore opened at -2.5 Sunday, then adjusted to -2.5 (-115) a couple hours before Monday's game vs. Detroit.
After the loss, Baltimore returned to the opening number of -2.5 flat. DK's total opened at 48.5 and is up to 49.5.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Kansas City (1-2 SU and ATS) took three weeks, but finally notched its first win of the season. It wasn't exactly pretty, but the Chiefs beat the New York Giants 22-9 laying 6 points on the road Sunday night.
Baltimore (1-1 SU and ATS) still has Week 3 work to do, with a big Monday night clash vs. visiting Detroit.
"We opened Baltimore -3, and it quickly came off the board when the Sunday night Chiefs-Giants game kicked off," SuperBook VP John Murray said. "No takers either way. This line really speaks to how highly power-rated Baltimore is.
"Even though the Ravens lost to Buffalo in Week 1, we have them as the best team in the NFL."
Ravens-Bills will go back up Monday morning at The SuperBook.
Chicago Bears vs. Las Vegas Raiders Odds
| Matchup | Spread | Total | Moneyline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Raiders vs
Bears | -1.5 (-110)
+1.5 (-110) | o47.5 (-115)
u47.5 (-105) | -125 +105 |
- Opening point spread: Raiders -2
- Opening moneyline: Raiders -115/Bears -105
- Opening total: Over/Under 47.5 points scored
- Time: 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday (CBS)
GAME DAY UPDATE: At DraftKings, this point spread spent the first half of the week toggling between the Bears -1.5 opener and Raiders -1.5, at various juice on both sides. But Las Vegas has been steady at -1.5 since Wednesday and is now -1.5 flat.
Opinions are divided, with 67% of spread bets on Chicago and 75% of spread money on Las Vegas. On the moneyline, though, it's 72% tickets/68% money on the Bears.
DK's total is at 47.5 (Over -115), up from a 46.5 opener but down from the 48.5 high point hit several times this week. The Over is taking 54% of bets/79% of money.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: DK spent the front half of the week at various iterations of Bears -1.5. On Thursday afternoon, the line flipped to Raiders -1.5 (even), where it remains at 9 p.m. ET Thursday.
Still, Chicago is drawing 72% of early spread bets/58% of early spread money.
DK's total toggled between 46.5/47.5 early in the week and went to 47.5 (Over -115) Wednesday. The Over is landing 56% of bets and a hefty 94% of money so far.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: In Week 3, Chicago (1-2 SU and ATS) got Ben Johnson his first win as an NFL head coach. And in impressive fashion. The Bears were locked in a 14-14 tie midway through the second quarter, but outscored Dallas 17-0 the rest of the way in a 31-14 win.
Chicago closed as a 1.5-point home underdog.
After a Week 1 win at New England, Las Vegas (1-2 SU and ATS) is on a two-game SU and ATS hiccup. In Week 3, the Raiders didn't have to face Jayden Daniels (knee), but still couldn't keep up with Washington, losing 41-24 as 3-point road pups.
The SuperBook opened Bears-Raiders at Las Vegas -2 and dipped to -1.5 shortly thereafter Sunday night.
Indianapolis Colts vs. Los Angeles Rams Odds
| Matchup | Spread | Total | Moneyline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rams vs
Colts | -3.5 (-115)
+3.5 (-105) | o49.5 (-115)
u49.5 (-105) | -192 +154 |
- Opening point spread: Rams -4
- Opening moneyline: Rams -180/Colts +160
- Opening total: Over/Under 47 points scored
- Time: 4:05 p.m. ET Sunday (FOX)
GAME DAY UPDATE: The Rams are -3.5 (-105) in BetMGM's NFL Week 4 odds. Los Angeles has been at some iteration of -3.5 almost all week, after opening -4.5 (-105).
"This game is pretty split. Slightly more Rams bets, but we don't have a rooting interest," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
The total opened at 47.5 and to 49.5 by Monday, with stops at 48/48.5. There's been no movement since, and the strong majority of money is on the Over.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: Borgata Sports opened Los Angeles as 4.5-point home chalk. The Rams then fell back to -3.5, where the line sits at 7 p.m. Wednesday night.
"The Colts have been one of the best and perhaps most-surprising stories of the first three weeks. Daniel Jones looks like a very competent NFL quarterback, and Jonathan Taylor is proving he is one of the best running backs in the league," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said.
While the spread has dipped, the total is climbing, now at 49.5 from a 47.5 opener.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Los Angeles (2-1 SU and ATS) was fully in position to get to 3-0, and against the Super Bowl champion no less. The Rams trailed 27-26 at Philadelphia, but were lining up for a game-winning 36-yard field goal.
However, Jordan Davis blocked the kick and returned it 61 yards for a touchdown, dealing the Rams a stunning 33-26 loss as 3.5-point underdogs.
Indianapolis (3-0 SU and ATS) has to be the most surprising unbeaten through three weeks. On Sunday, the Colts closed as 6-point faves at Tennessee and rolled to a 41-20 victory.
The SuperBook opened L.A. as 4-point road chalk and dipped to -3.5 Sunday night. The total is on the move, too, going from 47 to 48 in minutes and settling at 48.5 within 30 minutes.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. San Francisco 49ers Odds

| 49ers vs
Jaguars | -3.5 (even)

- Opening moneyline: 49ers -180/Jaguars +160
- Opening total: Over/Under 45.5 points scored
- Time: 4:05 p.m. ET Sunday (FOX)
GAME DAY UPDATE: San Francisco is a 3-point favorite in BetMGM's Week 4 NFL odds. That's down from a Niners -4.5 (-105) opener, with the number mostly toggling between -3.5/-3 during the week.
It nudged up to -3.5 (-105) Friday on news that 49ers QB Brock Purdy will play today. But the line returned to Niners -3 today.
"It's pretty split. Slightly more Jaguars bets, but we don't have a rooting interest," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
LATE WEEK UPDATE: On Friday, the Niners officially declared Brock Purdy back, after the QB missed two weeks with a toe injury. San Francisco opened -4.5 in DraftKings Sportsbook's NFL odds Week 4 market, and fell back to -3 early in the week.
But with Purdy a go, the 49ers nudged up to -3.5. Early spread tickets are running dead even at DK, while 63% of early spread dollars are on road underdog Jacksonville.
DraftKings' total is at 46.5, up from a 45.5 opener but down from a 47.5 (Under -115) high point. The Under is drawing 75% of tickets/65% of money.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: The Niners opened as 4.5-point home faves, but by Tuesday night were down to -3 (-118). However, it's looking as if QB Brock Purdy (toe) might return Sunday, after missing Weeks 2 and 3. So San Fran is -3.5 (-102) late Thursday night.
Spread ticket count is tight, with a modest lean toward Jacksonville. But spread money is more in favor of the road underdog Jags, at 68%.
DK's total is at 46.5 (Over -120), up from a 45.5 opener but down from Monday's 47.5 (Under -115) high point Monday. The Under is getting 74% of tickets/62% of money.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: San Francisco (3-0 SU and ATS) was once again without QB Brock Purdy, and once again found a way to win, albeit in ugly fashion. The 49ers got a 35-yard Eddy Pineiro field goal as time expired to beat Arizona 16-15.
However, the Niners didn't cover as 1.5-point home faves.
Jacksonville (2-1 SU and ATS) bounced back from a last-minute Week 2 loss at Cincinnati. Travis Etienne Jr.'s 10-yard TD run with 1:48 left gave the Jaguars a 17-10 win over Houston laying 1.5 points at home.
Jags-Niners opened at San Fran -4 in The SuperBook's NFL odds Week 4 market. Within 30 minutes, the 49ers dipped to -3.5.
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Odds

| Buccaneers vs
Eagles | +3.5 (-118)

u44.5 (-118) | +150 -185 |
- Opening point spread: Eagles -3
- Opening moneyline: Eagles -160/Buccaneers +140
- Opening total: Over/Under 46 points scored
- Time: 1 p.m. ET Sunday (FOX)
GAME DAY UPDATE: An hour before kickoff, the Eagles are laying 3.5 points at home in BetMGM's NFL Week 4 odds. Philadelphia opened -3 (-115) last Sunday and spent pretty much all week at -3.5.
In digital wagering (online/mobile), BetMGM is seeing two-way play with a lean toward Tampa Bay, at 56% of bets/52% of money.
"It's split between the Eagles and Bucs. We've got no real rooting interest," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
The total is at 44, where it's been since Thursday. BetMGM opened at 46.5, quickly went to 45.5 and bottomed out at 43.5 Tuesday. The Over is drawing 79% of bets/56% of money.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: Philly has gone from -3 to -3.5 in Borgata Sports' Week 4 NFL odds. The total has seen more movement, dipping from 46.5 to 44 over the past three days.
"The Eagles are coming off of one of the most improbable covers you will see, not only this year but maybe this decade," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said Wednesday afternoon. "There are obviously some injury concerns on both sides, with no Mike Evans (hamstring) for Tampa.
"And the Eagles could be without cornerback Adoree Jackson and his backup, Jakorian Bennett. The secondary is already the weak link for Philly’s defense. So we will see if Baker Mayfield will be able to exploit it."
Jackson (groin) is questionable, and the Eagles on Wednesday put Bennett on IR with a shoulder injury.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Philadelphia (3-0 SU/2-1 ATS) found itself getting drilled by the L.A. Rams 26-7 early in the third quarter. Even after rallying to pull ahead 27-26, it looked as if the Eagles would lose on a final-seconds 44-yard L.A. field goal.
But Jordan Davis blocked the kick, scooped it up and ran 61 yards for a touchdown. Stunningly, the Eagles won 33-26 and cashed as 3.5-point home favorites.
Similarly, Tampa Bay (3-0 SU/2-1 ATS) had a field goal blocked and returned for a touchdown by the New York Jets. That put the Bucs behind 27-26 with 1:49 remaining. However, Baker Mayfield led Tampa to a final-seconds field goal and a 29-27 win.
The Buccaneers failed to cover as 6.5-point home favorites.
On Sunday night, The SuperBook opened Eagles-Bucs at Philly -3, with no early movement in Week 4 NFL odds.
"We took sharp money on Eagles -2.5 on the lookahead line last week, and re-opened this game -3 tonight," SuperBook VP John Murray said. "No takers so far. But I would certainly expect us to need the Bucs next week."

- Opening total: Over/Under 46 points scored
- Time: 1 p.m. ET Sunday (CBS)
GAME DAY UPDATE: The Falcons are -2.5 (-118) in BetMGM's NFL odds Week 4 market, as of noon ET. A week ago, this line opened at Commanders -3 (-115).
But the number was on the move throughout the week and jumped the fence once Washington QB Jayden Daniels and wideout Terry McLaurin were ruled out.
BetMGM flipped to Falcons -1.5/-2.5 Friday, went to -2 Saturday, then returned to -2.5 this morning. Spread tickets are about 2/1 on Washington, but spread money is running even.
"It's split 50/50 action in the Commanders-Falcons game," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
BetMGM's total is at 43.5 from a 45.5 opener, again on two-way play: 52% of bets/54% of money on the Under.
LATE WEEK UPDATE: On Friday, Washington ruled out QB Jayden Daniels (knee). In addition, wideout Terry McLaurin (quad) won't play Sunday. That led to this line jumping the fence in DraftKings' NFL Week 4 odds, from Commanders -1.5 to Falcons -1.5 and then on to -2.5.
Early Saturday afternoon, Atlanta returned to -1.5 (-118). The Commanders are taking 66% of early spread bets, while 70% of early spread money is on the Falcons.
The total is down to 43.5 from a 45.5 opener, reaching that low point after the Daniels news. The Over is getting 59% of bets, while 54% of cash is on the Under.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: Borgata Sports has the Commanders at -1.5, down from the -3 opener. That's due to the uncertainty around QB Jayden Daniels (knee).
"The Jayden Daniels situation still remains day-to-day," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "But the Commanders had no trouble with Marcus Mariota at quarterback last Sunday, as they moved the ball at will against the Raiders.
"Michael Penix hasn’t looked great thus far. But we’ve seen some early money come in on Atlanta here."
Borgata's total is steady at 45.5.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Washington (2-1 SU and ATS) didn't have Jayden Daniels today. But Marcus Mariota steered the ship just fine, and the Commanders beat Las Vegas 41-24 giving 3 points at home.
Mariota got some help from a Jeremy McNichols 60-yard touchdown run and a Jaylin Lane 90-yard punt return for a TD.
Atlanta (1-2 SU and ATS) was dealt one of the more surpising L's of Week 3. The Falcons closed as 4.5-point faves at Carolina and got waxed 30-0.
The big question hovering over Commanders-Falcons is whether Daniels (knee) starts at Atlanta.
"We're shading this line toward Daniels starting at QB for Washington. We opened it Washington -2.5," SuperBook vice president John Murray said Sunday night. "This game is probably closer to pick if Daniels is out or Washington -3 if he’s in. Obviously, we will be monitoring his status all week."
The total went from 46 to 45.5 Sunday night.

GAME DAY UPDATE: As of noon ET, the Chargers are laying 6 points in BetMGM's NFL Week 4 odds. That line just dipped from L.A. -6.5 (-105). A week ago, Los Angeles opened -5.5, then went to -6 Monday and -6.5 Tuesday.
"It's one-way action on the Chargers," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
The total is at 43.5, steadily making its way down throughout the week, after opening at 45.5. The Over is getting 69% of bets/81% of money in BetMGM's digital wagering (online/mobile).
MIDWEEK UPDATE: Tuesday brought news that rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart is now the starter for the Giants, replacing Russell Wilson. Borgata Sports opened Los Angeles as 5.5-point road chalk and is up to -6.5, with the Chargers facing a QB making his first NFL start.
"Giants fans finally get their wish this week, with Jaxson Dart named the starter," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "While Russell Wilson had a terrible finish against the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football, we will see if the move to the rookie pays off.
"The game had already moved to 6 prior to Dart being announced the starter, then moved another half-point after the announcement. It’s been all Chargers money thus far here, but I’m sure we will get some Giants backers in before this game kicks off."
Borgata's total is down to 44 from a 45.5 opener in NFL Week 4 odds.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Los Angeles (3-0 SU and ATS) got a stern Week 3 challenge from Denver, but eked out a victory. The Chargers won 23-20 on a final-seconds field goal, narrowly covering as 2.5-point home favorites.
New York (0-3 SU/1-2 ATS) hung with Kansas City in the first half, trailing just 9-6 at the break. But the Giants mustered only a field goal in the second half and blew several opportunities, losing 22-9 as 6-point home 'dogs.
The SuperBook opened Chargers-Giants at L.A. -5.5, with a total of 45.5. Once Chiefs-Giants kicked off Sunday night, Chargers-Giants came off the NFL Week 4 odds board. Chargers-Giants will go back up Monday morning.

GAME DAY UPDATE: As of noon ET, Buffalo is laying 14.5 points in BetMGM's NFL odds Week 4 market. That's down noticeably from last Sunday's opener of Bills -17.5 (-115), though that number lasted only about 20 minutes before going to -16.5 (-115).
By midweek, the Bills were down to -15.5, and the line went to -15/-14.5 in just the past few minutes. It's two-way action with a modest lean toward the Bills, in spread tickets and spread money.
Buffalo is also the most-selected team in Circa Survivor Week 4.
The total is at 48.5, matching the 48.5 opener and a notch above last Sunday night's 47.5 low point. The Over is seeing 60% of bets, while 52% of money is on the Under.
LATE WEEK UPDATE: The interesting element of this game is that it has the largest point spread of the NFL season so far. Buffalo opened as 14.5-point home chalk at ESPNBET, and the Bills are -14.5 as of 8:30 p.m. ET Friday.
"Bettors haven't been afraid to lay two touchdowns, as Buffalo is our second-most-bet spread by tickets and third-most-bet [spread] by handle," ESPNBET senior trading director Adrian Horton.
ESPNBET's total is down a point to 47.5 (Over -120) from a 48.5 opener.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: As of 6:30 p.m. ET Thursday, the Bills are 15.5-point favorites in DraftKings' NFL Week 4 odds. That's where Buffalo opened Sunday evening, and the Bills spent time at -16.5 Monday/Tuesday before returning to -15.5 Wednesday.
It's solid Bills action on the spread so far, at 72% of bets/82% of money.
The total is at 47.5 (Over -115), after opening 47.5 (Under -115). DK went to 48.5 a couple times this week, with the last move coming Wednesday afternoon, from 48.5 (Under -115) to 47.5 (Over -115). The Over is getting 56% of early bets, while 66% of early cash is on the Under.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Buffalo (3-0 SU/2-1 ATS) is rested up, having played in the Week 3 Thursday nighter. In that contest, Buffalo got more from Miami than expected, tied at 21 early in the fourth quarter. The Bills notched a 31-21 victory, but failed to cash as 11.5-point home favorites.
New Orleans (0-3 SU and ATS) was the proverbial one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest Sunday. The Saints trailed Seattle 38-6 at halftime en route to a 44-13 loss catching 7 points at home.
Saints-Bills features the biggest point spread in the NFL odds Week 4 market. In fact, it's the biggest spread of the season so far. Buffalo opened -16.5 at The SuperBook, with a total of 47.5, and both numbers are stable Sunday night.
Evan Abrams, in a piece for Action Network, noted some interesting stats on double-digit favorites/underdogs, including:
- Since 2019, there's been only one double-digit upset early in the season (first four games). Double-digit 'dogs are 1-25 SU/10-16 ATS in the first four games of the regular season since 2019. The one upset: Cardinals (+11) 28-16 over the Cowboys, in 2023.

GAME DAY UPDATE: The Lions are out to -10 (-105) in BetMGM's NFL Week 4 odds. Detroit opened -8.5 (-115) last Sunday and initially backed up to -7.5 (-115) for a few hours Monday. But the line then climbed to Lions -8.5/-9.5, then got to -10 Wednesday afternoon.
It hasn't moved off Lions -10 since then, with 72% of spread tickets/67% of spread money on Detroit.
"We will certainly be rooting for the Browns against the Lions," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
The total opened at 45.5, bottomed out at 44 briefly Thursday and has since been at 44.5 (Under -115). The Over is seeing 55% of tickets/61% of money.
EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Detroit (2-1 SU and ATS) showed up in impressive fashion on this Monday night to finish off Week 3. The Lions went to Baltimore as 4.5-point underdogs and exited with a 38-30 victory, in large part by sacking Lamar Jackson seven times.
On Sunday evening, DraftKings Sportsbook opened Browns-Lions at Detroit -8.5, and the number briefly dipped to -7.5, then returned to -8.5 before the Lions-Ravens game kicked off. After Detroit's impressive MNF win, DK moved the Lions to -9.5 vs. the Browns.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Cleveland (1-2 SU/2-1 ATS) pulled the upset of the week and arguably of the season thus far. The Browns got a 55-yard Andre Szmyt field goal as time expired, shocking Green Bay 13-10 as 7.5-point home underdogs.
Cleveland also did a number on Circa Survivor, knocking out more than 1,800 entries.
Detroit (1-1 SU and ATS) still has a huge Week 3 test ahead. The Lions visit Baltimore on Monday night. Still, The SuperBook went ahead and opened Detroit -8 vs. Cleveland and already advanced to -8.5 Sunday night in Week 4 NFL odds.
Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans Odds

Titans | -7.5 (-105)

The Texans are taking a modest 53% of spread bets and a more notable 69% of spread dollars.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: Houston is pinned to -7 this week in DraftKings Sportsbook's NFL odds Week 4 market. The juice has moved around a bit, though, and it's currently Texans -7 (-115), matching the opener.
Road 'dog Tennessee is seeing 53% of early spread bets, while 60% of early spread dollars are on Houston.
DK's total is at a tidy 38.5, 2 points lower than any other Week 4 total. The number opened at 40.5 Sunday, with ticket count almost even so far, but 92% of cash on the Under.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Houston made the playoffs last season, getting a Divisional Round win over the L.A. Chargers before bowing out to Kansas City. Getting back to the postseason will be a chore, with the Texans now 0-3 SU and ATS.
In Week 3, Houston was a 1.5-point road pup and lost to Jacksonville 17-10. The Texans gave up a TD with 1:48 remaining to account for the final margin.
Tennessee (0-3 SU/1-2 ATS) is also seeking its first SU victory. In Week 3, the Titans got drilled by Indianapolis 41-20 getting 6 points at home.
The SuperBook opened Titans-Texans at Houston -7, with no movement as of 10 p.m. ET Sunday night.
Interesting side note from Action Network's Evan Abrams: Only six teams in NFL history have started 0-3 and made the playoffs, and only one team this century. Coincidentally, that one team was the Texans, in 2018. The other five:
- 1998 Bills
- 1995 Lions
- 1992 Chargers
- 1982 Buccaneers
- 1981 Jets

- Opening moneyline: Cardinals -115/Seahawks -105
- Opening total: Over/Under 44.5 points scored
- Time: 8:15 p.m. ET Thursday (Prime)
GAME DAY LATE UPDATE: With kickoff 75 minutes out, the Seahawks are -1.5 (-105). That's a flip from the opener of Cardinals -1.5, and in fact, with the line jumping the fence from Cards -1 (-102) to Seahawks -1 (-102) on Tuesday morning.
Seattle got to -1.5 Wednesday and briefly touched -2 (-105) this afternoon, before returning to -1.5 (-105). The juice is actually -105 on both sides tonight.
Seattle is getting the bulk of action on both the spread and the moneyline tonight.
"We will be rooting for the Cards tonight, spread and outright," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said. "Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Ken Walker are the ones we're looking to avoid for first touchdown."
Smith-Njigba, the Seahawks wideout, is +155 to score the first TD. Walker, the Seahawks running back, is the even-money favorite to score the first TD.
BetMGM's total is painted to 43.5, where it's been all week. But Cipollini said that anymore, the book pretty much always needs the Under, due to action on single-game parlays.
GAME DAY EARLY UPDATE: This line has toggled a few times between the opener of Seahawks -1.5 and Bears -1.5, at various juice, in ESPNBET's Week 4 NFL odds. With 6.5 hours until kickoff, it's Seattle -1.5 (-115).
When accounting for all bet types (straight/parlay etc.), spread tickets and spread money are in the 3/1 range on the Seattle. And with this game hovering around pick 'em, moneyline action is similar to that.
ESPNBET opened the total at 44.5 and has been at 43.5 almost all week, currently 43.5 (Under -115). The Over is seeing 65% of tickets/62% of money.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: With about 29 hours until kickoff, Borgata Sports noted the favorite has flipped in its NFL odds Week 4 market.
"The Cardinals opened as small home favorites here, -1.5, but we have seen the favorite flip, with Seattle now favored by 1.5," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "Arizona definitely has some injury issues heading into a key divisional matchup.
"It’s been mostly early Seattle money here."
As for those Cards injuries: Wideout Zay Jones (concussion) is out, while left tackle Paris Johnson Jr. (knee) and left guard Evan Brown (ankle) are questionable.
Borgata's total is still at the opening number of 43.5.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Arizona (2-1 SU/1-2 ATS) was dealt its first loss on the last play. In a game featuring a dearth of offense, the Cardinals fell to San Francisco 16-15 on a final-seconds field goal, but covered as 1.5-point road 'dogs.
Seattle (2-1 SU and ATS) had no such scoring troubles in Week 3. The Seahawks sprinted to a 38-6 halftime lead vs. New Orleans, then put it in cruise control in a 44-13 win as 7-point home home favorites.
Among Seattle's scores in a huge first half: A 95-yard Tory Horton punt return in the first quarter.
The Seahawks-Cards line was on the move early in The SuperBook's NFL odds Week 4 market.
"We opened this one Cardinals -2.5 and were bet down to -1.5 quickly," SuperBook vice president John Murray said Sunday night. "We don’t want to overreact to the Seahawks' win today too much, given the quality of their opponent.
"The Cardinals have played a very easy schedule so far, which makes them hard to judge."
The total nudged down from 44.5 to 44 Sunday night.
