2025-26 AFC Championship Odds: Chiefs the Favorite, Colts Surging
AFC championship odds continue to develop, as the regular season moves past the midway point and into Week 10.
The Buffalo Bills dropped from favorite in odds to win the AFC when the Kansas City Chiefs went on a 5-1 run. Even after the Bills beat the Chiefs in Week 9, K.C. remains the favorite, and Buffalo is No. 2, with plenty more teams in the hunt.

LATEST UPDATE: Kansas City is just 5-4 after losing at Buffalo 28-21 in Week 9. But the Chiefs remain the AFC favorite at +275, though they slid out a bit from +240 pre-Week 9 at BetMGM.
Buffalo (6-2) is close behind as the +300 second choice. But there's a big surprise in third, with the Indianapolis Colts proving much better than people expected this season.
Indy went 7-1 in its first eight games, before finally cooling off with a 27-20 loss at Pittsburgh. After opening +4000 in AFC championship odds back in February, the Colts are now +500.
That includes a move that just took place, from +550 to +500, after Indianapolis made a trade-deadline move with the New York Jets to acquire star cornerback Sauce Gardner.
The Colts' improvement in AFC futures correlates with their climb up the Super Bowl odds board.
Despite a 3-5 record, the Baltimore Ravens are now the +900 co-fourth choice, joined by the Denver Broncos (7-2). Baltimore has won two in a row, including a 28-6 rout at Miami in Week 9 as Lamar Jackson successfully returned from a hamstring injury.
Denver is on a six-game win streak, with four of those victories coming in one-score games. The Broncos are BetMGM's largest liability in AFC futures odds.
The New England Patriots (7-2) are a surprise, as well. Drake Maye & Co. opened +3000 in odds to win the AFC and are now the +1100 co-sixth choice, joined by the Los Angeles Chargers (6-2).
