Chicago White Sox Announces Partnership with Caesars Sportsbook and Caesars Entertainment

Chicago is one of the biggest sports cities in the United States. So, any sports news out of Chicago is bound to be a big deal in the sports world. And, lucky for you baseball fans, this is no different!

One of the biggest names in Chicago sports, the Chicago White Sox, have announced a new and potentially lucrative partnership. Caesars Entertainment will be the exclusive casino partner of the White Sox. In addition, the Caesars Sportsbook will also be the official sports betting partner of the Chicago baseball team.

The chief revenue and marketing officer of the White Sox, Brooks Boyer, indicated the team’s enthusiasm for the partnership deal. He cited the fact that Caesars is a globally recognized brand and leader in entertainment for factors behind the excitement. He also cited a shared commitment to the experience both companies want to offer their fans and fans of sports and entertainment.

Boyer hopes that with revitalized players on the team combined with this new partnership that the experience for fans will be enhanced as well as their ability to implement new programs and experiences.

As a result of the partnership, Caesars Entertainment and Caesars Sportsbook will be able to use White Sox marks and logos. They will also have access to digital and social media assets as well as rotational LED signage. In addition, the Caesars Rewards program will start offering White Sox experiences to fans.

The partnership will also result in new additions being made to Guaranteed Rate Field. This includes new TV-visible fixed signage that will be prominently located, including a board in right field that lists gaming destinations. At the top of the left field video board will be channel lettering.

White Sox marketing will also now feature both Caesars Sportsbook and Caesars Entertainment, in addition to White Sox merchandise as well. And, the Caesars Sportsbook app will also feature exclusive offers for White Sox fans.

The CEO of Caesars Entertainment, Tom Reeg, touted the partnership as well, referring to the Chicago White Sox as an “iconic franchise.” He indicated the passion of Illinois sports fans as another factor and benefit to the deal. 

He feels his company can give fans of the White Sox and Illinois sports fans in general the best sports experiences around. This is because of the Caesars Resorts as well as the recent relaunch of the Caesars Sportsbook app. Sports betting fans in Illinois can now use mobile registration to register with the Caesars sportsbook app.

The partnership announcement between Caesars and the White Sox came on the same day as another announcement. It was announced that Bally’s River West location was chosen as the finalist for a Chicago casino. So, it looks like Illinois betting will be seeing all sorts of changes and growth.
