College football odds for Week 3 are on the board and receiving plenty of attention as we tackle all the major storylines of the weekend. The Oklahoma Sooners and Tulsa Golden Hurricane meet at Chapman Stadium in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Saturday, September 16 at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2.

No. 19 Oklahoma vs Tulsa Odds

• Opening point spread: Oklahoma -24.5
• Opening moneyline: Oklahoma -4000/Tulsa +1450
• Opening total: Over/Under 59.5 points scored
• Time: 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday

UPDATE 3:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: BetMGM spent the early part of the week toggling between Oklahoma -26.5 and -27.5. On Thursday, the Sooners jumped to -28.5. Spread ticket count is 2.5/1 and spread money 4/1 on Oklahoma.

The total opened and is currently 59.5, with a couple stops at 60.5 during the week. The Over is taking 62% of tickets/59% of money.

UPDATE 1 P.M. ET MONDAY: Oklahoma is out of the gate 2-0 SU and ATS. The Sooners claimed a 28-11 Week 2 win over SMU, barely covering the 16.5-point spread at home.

Tulsa (1-1 SU and ATS) lost at Washington 43-10 as a 33.5-point underdog.

The Tulsa-Oklahoma line is already up to Sooners -27 at Caesars.
