GAME DAY LATE UPDATE: About an hour before kickoff, Baltimore is laying 4.5 points in BetMGM's NFL Week 3 odds. The Ravens opened -6 and made stops at -5.5 Tuesday/-5 Wednesday en route to -4.5 Thursday. There's been no movement since.

In digital wagering (online/mobile) at BetMGM, spread tickets and money are in the 2/1 range on the Ravens.

"A low-scoring game would be enough for us. But the Lions covering in a low-scoring game is ideal. Lions outright would be fine, too," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 50.5, climbed to 53.5 by Thursday and went to 54 this afternoon. Ticket count is 2.5/1 and money 5/1 on the Over tonight at BetMGM.

GAME DAY EARLY UPDATE: At 12:30 p.m. ET, about eight hours pre-kick, the Ravens are -4.5 in DraftKings Sportsbook's Week 3 NFL odds. Baltimore opened -6.5 eight days ago and went to -6/-5.5 in short order.

By Tuesday, the Ravens were down to -4.5, and the line has stuck there ever since. Baltimore is netting 57% of spread tickets/73% of spread money at DK. More so, bettors are taking Ravens moneyline, at 78% of bets/71% of money.

DraftKings' total is up to 54.5 from a 51.5 opener. Tickets and money are in the 3/1 range on the Over.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: Baltimore opened -5.5 in Borgata Sports' NFL odds Week 3 market. The Ravens briefly touched -6, returned to -5.5 and are -5 on Wednesday.

"I currently have the Ravens power-rated the highest in the league, facing a Lions team coming off a statement victory over the Bears on Sunday," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "This game should attract huge handle with these two teams in a Monday night slot.

"There has been slightly more money on the Ravens in the early going. We'll see if this ticks back up through the week."

The total moved from 51.5 to 52.5.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Baltimore (1-1 SU and ATS) rebounded nicely from its stunning Week 1 loss at Buffalo. The Ravens poured it on in a 41-17 victory giving 12.5 points at home vs. Cleveland.

Similarly, Detroit (1-1 SU and ATS) won in even bigger blowout fashion. The Lions trampled Chicago 52-21 as 6.5-point home favorites. Detroit is now 38-12 SU and 36-13-1 ATS in its last 50 games.

The SuperBook opened Baltimore as 6.5-point home chalk vs. Detroit. And at 52, this matchup has the highest total so far this season in the NFL.

"Detroit looked awesome today, crushing the Bears. But we consider Baltimore to be the best team in the league. The Ravens have the highest power rating," SuperBook vice president John Murray said. "It's a great Monday night game. We should do great business on it."

GAME NIGHT UPDATE: With kickoff 50 minutes away, K.C. is 6-point chalk in BetMGM's Week 3 NFL odds. The Chiefs opened -5.5 last Sunday, toggled between -5.5/-6 at various juice Monday and Tuesday, then advanced to -6.5 Tuesday afternoon.

That held up until a Saturday move from -6.5 to -6. And the book's need won't surprise anyone tonight.

"There are more Chiefs bets. We need the Giants tonight," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 42.5 and sped to 45.5 by Tuesday. The number dipped to 44.5 briefly on Saturday, then stabilized at 44. Cipollini said with parlays and more so single-game parlays, BetMGM will need the Under.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: Kansas City is up to -6.5 from a -6 opener in Borgata Sports' NFL Week 3 odds.

"This game is a lot more intriguing to me than it was when the schedule was originally announced," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "The Chiefs are coming into the Meadowlands 0-2, against a Giants team that essentially won and lost the same game multiple times against the Cowboys.

"It’s been mostly Chiefs money here in the early betting."

The total is the bigger mover at Borgata, climbing from 42.5 to 45.5 early in the week.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Kansas City (0-2 SU and ATS) got an almost immediate Super Bowl rematch with Philadelphia. And while the score was closer, the result was the same. The Chiefs lost 20-17 as 1.5-point home 'dogs.

New York (0-2 SU/1-1 ATS) was in position to post the biggest upset of Week 2. The Giants led Dallas 37-34 with 25 seconds left, after a 48-yard TD pass from Russell Wilson to Malik Nabers.

But the G-Men let the Cowboys get in position for a game-tying 64-yard field goal. New York went on to lose on a final-seconds overtime field goal, 40-37 getting 4.5 points on the road.

"We opened Chiefs -5.5, after being up at -6/-6.5 on the lookahead. It's a slight downgrade for Kansas City, which suddenly finds itself at 0-2," SuperBook vice president John Murray said. "I think they’ll be OK. A couple bounces their way today and they would have beaten the Super Bowl champs.

"The book will certainly be big New York Giants fans next Sunday Night."

GAME DAY UPDATE: Dallas is 1.5-point road chalk in BetMGM's Week 3 NFL odds, as of 3 p.m. ET. That's a flip from the opener of Chicago -1.5, with the Bears at -1 early in the week and the Cowboys at -1 later in the week. The move to Dallas -1.5 came just before 3 p.m. ET.

"We will be rooting for the Bears," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

The total is at 50, up from a 48.5 opener and down a tick from the 50.5 high point.

LATE WEEK UPDATE: ESPNBET is at Cowboys -1.5 as of 3:30 p.m. ET Friday. The number has been at some iteration of Dallas -1.5 since Tuesday morning, when it jumped the fence from Chicago -1.5.

Perhaps surprisingly, this is a popular game in ESPNBET's NFL odds Week 3 market.

"Cowboys-Bears is currently our most-bet game on the slate, as action has flipped the line from Bears -1.5 to Cowboys -1.5 on the road," ESPNBET senior trading director Adrian Horton said.

When accounting for all action – straight bets, parlays, etc. – the Cowboys are taking 77% of spread tickets/68% of spread money. With this matchup hovering around pick 'em, 64% of moneyline tickets are on Dallas, while 59% of moneyline dollars are on Chicago.

ESPNBET's total is at 49.5 (Over -120), up from the 48.5 (Over -115) opener, but down from 50.5 high point its been at much of the week. The Over is taking 73% of tickets/63% of money, again across all bet types (straight bets, parlays, etc.)

MIDWEEK UPDATE: This line jumped the fence Wednesday morning at DraftKings Sportsbook, going from Bears -1.5 to Cowboys -1.5 (-102). Dallas is nabbing 83% of early spread bets/77% of early spread cash.

The Cowboys are also popular early on the moneyline, at 85% of bets/90% of cash as of 2 p.m. ET Thursday.

DK's total is at 50.5 after opening at 48.5. The Over is taking 65% of bets/91% of money so far.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Dallas (1-1 SU and ATS) easily got the most fortuitous win of Week 2, while giving thousands of Circa Survivor entrants a huge sweat.

The Cowboys needed a Brandon Aubrey 64-yard field goal at the end of regulation just to tie the New York Giants at 37 and force overtime. Then OT went to the wire, as well, with Dallas winning 40-37 on Aubrey's final-seconds 46-yard field goal.

But the Pokes didn't cover as 4.5-point home favorites.

Meanwhile, Chicago (0-2 SU and ATS) followed a Monday-night meltdown in Week 1 by getting completely waxed in Week 2. The Bears went to Detroit as 6.5-point underdogs and got smacked 52-21.

Cowboys-Bears saw an adjustment from The SuperBook's lookahead line in NFL Week 3 odds.

"This game was more like Bears -1.5 all last week. But we re-opened it as a pick this afternoon," SuperBook VP John Murray said Sunday night. "Of course, Dallas was extremely fortunate to win today. But there is a downgrade to Chicago based off that defensive performance today in Detroit.

"Dallas should have no problem moving the ball. It also helps when your kicker is good to go, as long as you reach midfield."

GAME DAY UPDATE: Just before kickoff, the Niners are -1.5 at DraftKings Sportsbook. Last Sunday, San Francisco opened -1.5 (-115), and they climbed to -3 (-105) by Friday. But the line receded from there, going to 49ers -1.5 this morning.

San Fran is getting 58% of spread bets/64% of spread money.

DK's total opened at 43.5, topped out at 46.5 (Under -115) Thursday and is now 44.5. The Over is seeing 64% of bets/69% of money.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: This line is another fence-jumper at DraftKings. Arizona opened -1.5 (-105) Sunday night, and the number went to San Fran -1.5 (-105) Monday morning. The line has continued moving toward the Niners ever since and is at -3 (-102) Thursday afternoon.

That's largely due to 49ers QB Brock Purdy (toe/shoulder) possibly playing Sunday, after sitting out Week 2. San Francisco is netting 56% of early spread bets/72% of early spread money.

DK's total is at 44.5, up from the 43.5 opener but down from Wednesday's high point of 45.5. The Over is nabbing 64% of bets/52% of money.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: No Brock Purdy. No George Kittle. No problem for San Francisco (2-0 SU and ATS). The 49ers never trailed at New Orleans, posting a 26-21 victory as 3-point road favorites.

Mac Jones was just fine in place of Purdy, completing 26 of 39 passes for 279 yards and three touchdowns.

Arizona (2-0 SU/1-1 ATS) let almost all of a 27-3 lead slip away against Carolina. But the Cards held on for a 27-22 victory laying 7 points at home.

Purdy's status for Week 3 isn't yet known. The SuperBook opened and remains at 49ers -1 late Sunday night.

GAME DAY UPDATE: With kickoff an hour out, the Chargers are -2.5 (-120) in BetMGM's NFL Week 3 odds. Los Angeles opened -2.5 a week ago and spent much of the week at -3 (-105)/-3 (even), before dipping to -2.5 (-120) at noon ET today.

"It's mostly Chargers money. We will be rooting for the Broncos," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

The total is at 46, where it's been almost all week after opening at 45.5.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: Los Angeles meets its third consecutive AFC West opponent, after beating Kansas City and Las Vegas in Weeks 1 and 2. The Chargers opened -2.5 in Borgata Sports' NFL odds Week 3 market.

"We just moved to 3, from the opener of the Chargers laying 2.5 at home," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said Wednesday. "The ticket count currently favors the Broncos, but the money is evenly split early. You’ll probably see this spread toggle between 2.5 and 3 up until game time.

"The total ticked up from 45.5 to 46, based on a few limit bets early on the Over."

EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Los Angeles moved to 2-0 SU and ATS, with both games in the AFC West, giving L.A. an early leg up in the division. On Monday night, the Chargers dispatched Las Vegas 20-9 as 3.5-point road favorites.

On Sunday night, The SuperBook opened Broncos-Chargers at L.A. -2.5. The Chargers went to -3 (even) Monday morning, then the game was taken off the board once Chargers-Raiders kicked off. Broncos-Chargers went back up Tuesday morning at L.A. -3 (+102).

The total also adjusted, sitting at 46.5 after opening at 45.5.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Denver (1-1 SU/0-2 ATS) snatched defeat from the jaws of victory at Indianapolis. The Broncos looked as if they had a 28-26 win when Indy missed a 60-yard field goal as time expired.

However, Denver was dealt a leverage penalty on the play, giving the Colts another shot, which they converted. So the Broncos fell 29-28 laying 1.5 points.

Los Angeles (1-0 SU and ATS) isn't yet out of Week 2. The Chargers travel to Las Vegas for the back end of a Monday Night Football twinbill.

The SuperBook opened Broncos-Chargers at L.A. -2.5, with no movement Sunday night.

GAME DAY UPDATE: BetMGM has Seattle at -7 (-115) an hour before kickoff, after sitting at -7.5 all week. The line moved off Seahawks -7.5 at 2:25 p.m. ET today.

"We're taking very little Saints action. New Orleans will be one of our bigger needs," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 42.5 and has been at 41.5 pretty much all week.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: The Seahawks have been at some iteration of -7.5 most of the week in DraftKings' Week 3 NFL odds. But Seattle nudged down to -7 (-115) Wednesday and again Thursday morning, and that's where the number is at 2 p.m. ET Thursday.

Spread tickets are running 3/1 on the Seahawks, but spread money is almost dead even so far.

DK's total toggled between 42.5/41.5 a couple times early and has been steady at 41.5 since Monday night. Early tickets are 1.5/1 on the Over, while money is 5/1 on the Under.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Seattle (1-1 SU and ATS) notched a modest road upset in Week 2. The Seahawks trailed Pittsburgh 14-7 at halftime, but woke up and rolled to a 31-17 victory catching 3.5 points.

New Orleans (0-2 SU and ATS) got a big break in Week 2, facing a San Francisco team that was missing Brock Purdy and George Kittle. But the Saints couldn't take advantage, losing 26-21 as 3-point home pups.

Seattle opened as 8.5-point home chalk in The SuperBook's NFL Week 3 odds, with no movement Sunday night.

GAME DAY UPDATE: With an hour until kickoff, Philly is laying 3.5 points at BetMGM. The Eagles opened -4.5 last Sunday, but spent pretty much all week at various iterations of -3.5.

"An Eagles win and a Rams cover is ideal," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 45.5, went to 45/44.5 Monday, then returned to 45.5 this morning. Cipollini said per usual, the book needs the Under.

LATE WEEK UPDATE: The Eagles are -3.5 (even) as of 3:30 p.m ET Friday in ESPNBET's NFL odds Week 3 market. In fact, Philadelphia has been pinned to some iteration of -3.5 all week, after opening -3.5 (-115).

Philly is netting 57% of spread bets/58% of spread dollars.

ESPNBET is at 44.5 (Under -115) on the total, down from a 45.5 opener, but up from Tuesday's low point of 43.5. The Over is seeing 65% of tickets, while 57% of money is on the Under.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: Philly opened -4.5 in Borgata Sports' Week 3 NFL odds.

"The Rams took early money, even here in Atlantic City at +4.5. The number currently sits with the Eagles -3.5," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said Wednesday afternoon. "The Rams were really the only team that tested Philadelphia in the playoffs last year. They had a chance to win at the end of the game.

"Conditions will be much warmer this time around."

Borgata's total is at 44.5 from a 45.5 opener.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Philadelphia (2-0 SU/1-1 ATS) didn't post a blowout vs. Kansas City, in a Super Bowl rematch. But the Eagles once again came out on top, winning 20-17 as 1.5-point road favorites.

Los Angeles (2-0 SU and ATS) trailed Tennessee 13-10 at halftime. But the Rams steadily pulled away in the second half, winning 33-19 as 5.5-point road favorites.

Rams-Eagles is a rematch of an NFC Divisional Round playoff game last season. Philly held on for a 28-22 victory in that game, while L.A. covered as a 7.5-point road underdog.

On Sunday night, this line saw an early move at The SuperBook.

"We had this at Eagles -4.5, but took some sharp action on the Rams and moved it down to 4," SuperBook vice president John Murray said. "These could be the two best teams in the NFC, if Matt Stafford can stay healthy. Time will tell.

"And finally, a good matchup in the early window. It only took three weeks."

Green Bay is taking more spread tickets than any other team on the Sunday slate of games.

"The Browns covering is the biggest outcome we need in the early games," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

BetMGM's total is at 41.5, down from a 42.5 opener. Cipollini said the book needs the Under, as usual.

LATE WEEK UPDATE: ESPNBET has the Packers at -7.5 (-105) as of 3:30 p.m. ET Friday. Green Bay opened at -7.5 and actually briefly touched -9.5 (-105) Sunday evening. The line then toggled between Pack -8.5/-7.5 for a few hours, and it's been steady at -7.5 since Monday.

Accounting for all bet types (straight/parlays/etc.), it's all Green Bay on the spread, at 86% of tickets/90% of money.

"Packers-Browns is one of our most-bet games of the weekend, though in even more lopsided fashion," ESPNBET senior trading director Adrian Horton said.

ESPNBET is at 41.5 (Under -120) on the total, with 70% of bets/55% of cash on the Over in the NFL Week 3 odds market.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: The Packers are laying 8.5 points in DraftKings Sportsbook's Week 3 NFL odds. That matches Sunday's opening number, and Green Bay briefly touched -9.5 (-105) on Monday.

Opinions are divided on point-spread play at DK. Green Bay is taking 70% of early tickets, but 78% of early money is on home 'dog Cleveland.

The total opened at 41.5, spent about 48 hours at 42.5 from Sunday night to Tuesday night, then returned to 41.5. The Over is getting 65% of tickets, but money is running almost even.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Green Bay (2-0 SU and ATS) is making a statement early, climbing up the Super Bowl odds board in the process. In the Week 2 Thursday nighter, the Packers dispatched Washington 27-18 laying 3 points at home.

Cleveland (0-2 SU/1-1 ATS) was competitive with Cincy in Week 1. Not so much in Week 2 at Baltimore. The Browns fell 41-17 catching 12.5 points.

Green Bay opened as 9-point road chalk in The SuperBook's NFL Week 3 odds. There was no movement Sunday night.

On Monday, the line plunged straight from Washington -6 (-105) to -3 (-105), then spent the middle of the week at -3.5, before returning to -3 Friday. It's solid two-way spread play, with 54% of bets on the Commanders and money running dead even.

The total is down to 43.5 from a 47.5 opener, with the last move coming Friday, from 44 to 43.5. The Under is taking 57% of bets/54% of money.

LATE WEEK UPDATE: Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (knee) was ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Raiders. That prompted DraftKings Sportsbook to nudge this line down another half-point , from Washington -3 (-108) to -2.5 (-115) at 1 p.m. ET Friday.

Shortly thereafter, the Commanders adjusted to -2.5 (-120), which is where the spread is at 6:30 p.m. ET Friday. It's two-way spread play, with 59% of bets on Washington and ticket count running almost dead even.

The total toggled between 44.4/43.5 at various juice Friday, settling at 43.5 flat by 1 p.m. ET. DraftKings opened the total at 47.5 and quickly moved straight to 46.5 on Monday, when Daniels' injury was announced. The Under is getting 55% of bets/72% of cash.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: With Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (knee) questionable, this line is down to Washington -3.5 in Borgata Sports' NFL Week 3 odds. The Commanders opened -6.5 Sunday night.

"We won’t know until much later in the week if Daniels can go," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "We have also seen an adjustment on the total, from 47.5 to 44.5. We are starting to take some money on the Over at 44.5, so this may go higher again."

EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Monday afternoon brought news that Commanders QB Jayden Daniels has a knee sprain and is questionable for Sunday's game. And oddsmakers quickly responded.

At The SuperBook, Washington dipped from -5.5 all the way to -3 within 10 minutes, with brief stops at -4/-3.5 along the way. The total was also on the move, from 47.5 to 45.5, then 44.5.

Then Monday night, Las Vegas (1-1 SU and ATS) had a dismal offensive showing vs. the L.A. Chargers. The Raiders lost 20-9 as 3.5-point home underdogs.

So Tuesday morning, The SuperBook inched up from Commanders -3 to -3.5, and nudged the total down from 44.5 to 44.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Washington (1-1 SU and ATS) managed just 3 points through three quarters Thursday night at Green Bay. The Commanders picked it up in the fourth quarter, but it wasn't enough in a 27-18 loss catching 3 points.

Las Vegas (1-0 SU and ATS) isn't yet out of Week 2. The Raiders host the L.A. Chargers on Monday night.

The SuperBook's lookahead line on Raiders-Commanders was Washington -6.5. On Sunday night, the matchup reopened at Commanders -5.5, with no early movement.

GAME DAY UPDATE: With 2.5 hours until kickoff, the Vikings are -3 (-105) in BetMGM's NFL Week 3 odds. That's well off the Minnesota -5.5 opener, but up a tick from Monday's low point of -2.5 (-115).

All the bouncing around is due to neither starting quarterback playing today. Bengals QB Joe Burrow (toe) could miss three months, while Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy (ankle) is out this week and perhaps beyond.

It's two-way spread play at BetMGM, with 55% of tickets/56% of money on the Vikings. The Bengals are seeing some moneyline support, at 68% of tickets/66% of money.

BetMGM's total is at 42, after opening at 44.5 and bottoming out multiple times at 41.5. Still, 69% of tickets/77% of dollars are on the Over.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: As noted below, both starting QBs being out for this game caused this line to jump around a lot. Borgata Sports opened the Vikings -5.5 on the news of Bengals QB Joe Burrow being out.

Then Monday, Vikes QB J.J. McCarthy was ruled out, and the line got as low as Minnesota -2.5. The Vikings are now -3.

Burrow and McCarthy being out has so far dampened enthusiasm on this matchup.

"We saw some early Vikings money Sunday evening. But after Sunday night, this game has cooled off in terms of betting action. It's actually one of the least-bet games on the board for Sunday," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said Wednesday.

EARLY WEEK UPDATE: On Monday, the Bengals confirmed that Joe Burrow will have toe surgery and could miss up to three months. The Vikings also had bad QB news Monday: J.J. McCarthy (ankle) is likely out this week and perhaps beyond.

On Sunday night, The SuperBook opened Minnesota -4.5 due to Burrow's injury. Since then, with McCarthy hurt as well, the line has shortened.

"Burrow is worth 3-3.5 points. It's all backup-dependent, and the Bengals have a competent backup," SuperBook vice president John Murray said. "Now, the line has settled at -3 after the McCarthy injury. But that also has a lot to do with the Vikings looking so bad Sunday night."

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Cincinnati (2-0 SU/1-1 ATS) barely avoided losing its home opener. Trailing 27-24, the Bengals got a touchdown with 18 seconds left to beat Jacksonville 31-27 and cash as 3.5-point home faves.

But the Bengals couldn't avoid losing QB Joe Burrow once again. Burrow exited with a toe injury in the second quarter. He will require surgery that could bench him for up to three months.

That could kill Cincy's season if Jake Browning isn't up to the task. And Browning was shaky Sunday, completing 21 of 32 passes for 241 yards and two TDs, but also throwing three interceptions.

Minnesota (1-1 SU and ATS) could not get its offense going in a home opener vs. Atlanta. J.J. McCarthy threw two interceptions and lost a fumble, and the Vikes finished with four turnovers in a 22-6 loss laying 3.5 points.

The SuperBook opened Minnesota -4.5 in Week 3 NFL odds. Bengals-Vikings came off the board once Falcons-Vikings kicked off. Bengals-Vikes will go back up Monday morning.

"We opened this game Vikings -4.5, after having a lookahead number more like Vikings -1/-1.5. That’s of course due to the Joe Burrow injury," SuperBook VP John Murray said Sunday night.

Jacksonville is drawing 66% of early spread bets/61% of early spread money.

The total toggled between 44.5/43.5 a couple times this week and is now at 43.5 (Over -115). The Over is taking 61% of bets, while 85% of early dollars are on Under.

EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Houston (0-2 SU and ATS) didn't look great Monday night, but still got a touchdown with 2:09 remaining to take a 19-14 lead vs. Tampa Bay. However, the Texans' 2-point conversion failed, and they then gave up a TD drive to lose 20-19 as 2.5-point home favorites.

On Sunday night, The SuperBook opened Texans-Jags at Jacksonville -2.5 and moved to -1.5. Texans-Jags was taken off the board once Bucs-Jags kicked off Monday night. Tuesday morning, Texans-Jags went back up at Jaguars -1.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Jacksonville (1-1 SU and ATS) couldn't quite pull off a modest Week 2 road upset. The Jaguars led multiple times at Cincinnati, including 27-24 early in the fourth quarter. But Trevor Lawrence & Co. couldn't hang on, losing 31-24 on a final-minute TD.

Houston (0-1 SU and ATS) still has Week 2 work to do. The Texans host Tampa Bay in the opener of a Monday Night Football doubleheader.

Jacksonville opened -2 in The SuperBook's NFL odds Week 2 market, and adjusted to -1.5 after a couple hours Sunday night.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: DraftKings opened the Steelers -1.5 and made a couple brief trips to -2.5 (-105) Tuesday. Since then, Pittsburgh is steady at -1.5 (-115), while taking 67% of early spread tickets/64% of early spread cash.

DK's total opened at 44.5 (Under -115), went to 43.5 Sunday night, then returned to 44.5 Monday. The Over is seeing 57% of early bets, but 67% of early money is on the Under.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Pittsburgh (1-1 SU/0-2 ATS) saw its turn with Aaron Rodgers start well in a Week 1 win over the Jets. Week 2, not so much. The Steelers led 14-7 at halftime, but gave up 24 second-half points in a 31-17 loss laying 3.5 points at home.

New England (1-1 SU and ATS) rebounded from a Week 1 home loss to Las Vegas. The Patriots waged a back-and-forth battle with Miami, winning 33-27 as 2.5-point road underdogs.

Steelers-Pats opened at Pittsburgh -1 in The SuperBook's NFL Week 3 odds, with no movement Sunday night.

The Bucs are netting 65% of spread tickets, but 69% of spread money is on the underdog Jets.

BetMGM's total is down to 43 from a 44.5 opener and a brief high point Tuesday of 45.5. The Over is seeing 56% of tickets, but 82% of dollars are on the Under.

LATE WEEK UPDATE: The Bucs have been painted to -7 all week in DraftKings Sportsbook's NFL Week 3 odds. Only the juice has moved, with Tampa Bay sitting at -7 (-105) as of noon ET Friday.

Early spread play is rather interesting. Tampa is taking 65% of tickets, but 84% of money is on New York.

DK's total is at 43.5, sitting there since Wednesday after toggling between 45.5/44.5 early in the week. The Over is getting 62% of tickets/70% of money.

EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Tampa Bay (2-0 SU and ATS) rode Baker Mayfield to a second straight road victory. The Bucs trailed 19-14 after a Houston touchdown with 2:09 remaining. But Mayfield drove Tampa downfield for a TD to clinch a 20-19 victory as a 2.5-point underdog.

At The SuperBook, the Buccaneers opened -7 vs. the Jets on Sunday night. The Jets-Bucs game came off the board once Bucs-Texans kicked off Monday night. Tuesday morning, Jets-Bucs went back up, with Tampa still 7-point chalk for its home opener.

The total adjusted one tick, from the 44.5 opener to 45.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: New York (0-2 SU/1-1 ATS) couldn't keep pace with Buffalo, falling 30-10 as a 5.5-point home 'dog in Week 2. The Jets trailed 30-3 early in the fourth quarter and didn't find the end zone until the final minutes.

Tampa Bay (1-0 SU and ATS) still has to complete its Week 2 task. The Bucs are at Houston on Monday night.

Still, The SuperBook went ahead and opened the Bucs -7 in Week 3 NFL odds. There's been no movement Sunday night.

DK's total is painted to 43.5, with tickets 2/1 on the Over, and money closer to even.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Indianapolis (2-0 SU and ATS) was perhaps as fortuitous as Dallas in Week 2. Trailing 28-26, the Colts saw Spencer Schrader's 60-yard field goal come up short as time expired.

But the Broncos were flagged for a leverage penalty, moving the ball 15 yards closer. Schrader delivered and Indy won 29-28 as 1.5-point home pups.

Tennessee (0-2 SU/1-1 ATS), behind rookie No. 1 overall draft pick Cam Ward, actually led the L.A. Rams 13-10 at halftime. But the Titans managed just two second-half field goals and lost 33-19 getting 5.5-points at home.

Indy opened as 3-point road chalk at The SuperBook, with no movement as of 10:30 p.m. ET Sunday. The total, however, nudged from 43 to 43.5.

GAME DAY LATE UPDATE: With kickoff an hour out, the Bills are -11.5 at BetMGM, which is offering reduced juice of -105 on both sides tonight. Buffalo opened -12.5 and spent most of the week there, dropping to -11.5 Thursday morning.

In BetMGM's digital wagering (online/mobile), the Bills are taking 71% of spread bets/67% of spread money. And Buffalo is leading off plenty of moneyline parlay in NFL Week 3 odds.

"We will need the Dolphins. There's been a steady flow of Bills bets all day," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 49.5 and stuck there until just a few hours ago, when it climbed to 50.5. Cipollini said per usual, the book needs the Under, and not just due to straight bets on the Over.

"Single-game parlays are almost exclusively centered around Overs. In high-scoring games, these crazy long-shot SGPs are then suddenly live," Cipollini said.

As for the popular player props of first TD score/anytime TD scorer:

"We don't want Josh Allen and James Cook, for sure. And we don't want those two to score two-plus TDs either," Cipollini said.

GAME DAY EARLY UPDATE: Prior to last Sunday's Week 2 kickoffs, DraftKings had Dolphins-Bills at Buffalo -10.5 in its NFL odds Week 3 market. But Sunday evening, DK moved the Bills straight to -12.5, and that number stuck all week, at various juice.

As of 1:15 p.m. ET, seven hours before kickoff, Buffalo is -12.5 flat. The Bills are netting 74% of spread bets/57% of spread money.

DK's total has been steady at 49.5 all week, with 64% of bets/75% of money on the Over.

MIDWEEK UPDATE: Borgata Sports opened the Bills -10.5 and quickly got bet up to -12.5 in NFL Week 3 odds.

"We took some limit bets on the Bills upon opening the number. But now at 12.5, we are starting to see some people buy in on Miami," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said Wednesday afternoon.

The total is steady at 49.5.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Buffalo (2-0 SU and ATS) needed none of its Week 1 theatrics to get through Week 2. The Bills jumped out to a 20-0 second-quarter lead vs. the New York Jets and coasted to a 30-10 victory as 5.5-point road favorites.

Miami (0-2 SU and ATS) gave up 33 points for the second straight week, and lost for the second straight week. The Dolphins erased a 12-0 first-quarter deficit, taking the lead multiple times, but lost to New England 33-27 as 2.5-point home favorites.

In last week's lookahead line, The SuperBook had the Bills at -10/-10.5 in NFL odds Week 3. But the game reopened Sunday night at Buffalo -12.5 and went to -13 after a couple hours.

"Buffalo looked great today against a Jets team that wiseguys were lining up to bet all week," SuperBook vice president John Murray said. "Miami’s season is already spiraling. It's tough to back the Dolphins on the road Thursday against this Bills team."
