LATEST UPDATE: Philly is -3.5 (-102) in BetMGM's NFL Week 3 odds, as of 7 p.m. ET Monday, 75 minutes pre-kick. On Sept. 20, the Eagles opened -4, then toggled to -3.5 a couple times before dipping to -3 Monday.

By Tuesday afternoon, Philadelphia was back up to -4.5 and got to -5 Wednesday night. But the past few days have been a battle between Eagles -4/-3.5 at various juice.

"Strong action so far for this game," BetMGM trading manager Adair Horne said, while rattling off stats that account for all bet types (straight/parlay etc.). "All the money is on the Eagles moeyline, seven times the betes and four times the money.

"The spread is a similar story, with Eagles -3.5 seeing four times the bets compared to the Bears spread. The best result for the book would be a Bears win."

The total is at 42.5, down from 43.5 opener and 44.5 high early last week. But it's up from a 41 low point and moved off 41.5 and 42 today. That said, Horne noted bettors are leaning toward the Under, expecting a lower-scoring battle.

THIRD UPDATE: At 11:15 a.m. ET Monday, nine hours before kickoff, the Eagles are -3.5 in DraftKings Sports' Week 3 NFL odds. In the wake of Bears QB Caleb Williams' hamstring injury, Philadelphia opened -4.5 (-115), but the line dipped to -3.5 last Monday.

It then toggled between Eagles -3.5/-3 briefly, before returning to -4.5 Tuesday. On Sunday, Philly dipped back to -3.5 again.

As might be expected, it's solid Eagles play on the spread, at 76% of tickets/67% of money. And any live moneyline parlays running to MNF surely took Jalen Hurts and Philly over Case Keenum/Tyson Bagent and Chicago.

DK's total is at 41.5, down from a 43.5 opener and 44.5 high early last week. It's two-way play with a lean toward the Over, at 57% of tickets and money.

SECOND UPDATE: Hard Rock is the highest in the market on this spread, with the Eagles up to -5.5 as of 5 p.m. ET Wednesday. That's after opening at Philadelphia -4 on Sunday, on a game that last week had Chicago -1.5 on the lookahead line for NFL Week 3 odds.

Early spread action is leaning into the road favorite, with 72% of bets/74% of money on the Eagles. That's of course largely due to Bears QB Caleb Williams (hamstring) listed as doubtful.

Hard Rock's total is down to 41 from a 43.5 opener, with 78% of bets/82% of cash on the Under. Again, Williams' likely absence is a key contributing factor.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Chicago (1-1 SU and ATS) put up 59 points in Week 1, then lost Caleb Williams in the fourth quarter of Week 2 while scoring merely a field goal. From penthouse to outhouse.

The Bears netted only a first-quarter field goal in a 9-3 snoozer of a loss as 4.5-point home favorites vs. Minnesota.

Meanwhile, Philadelphia (2-0 SU/0-2 ATS) barely escaped Tennessee unscathed. The Eagles gave up a touchdown with 1:56 left to fall behind 20-17, but a Darius Cooper 3-yard TD catch in the waning seconds sealed a 24-20 victory.

The Eagles opened as 4-point road favorites vs. the Bears in Borgata Sports' NFL odds Week 3.

"With Caleb Williams suffering the hamstring injury, the Eagles may catch a break," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "But Saquon Barkley’s availability may be in doubt, after suffering a stinger in the Eagles-Titans game.

"Early money has come in on Philly here."

LATEST UPDATE: At 8 p.m. ET, 75 minutes before kickoff, the Rams are 1-point favorites in BetMGM's NFL Week 3 odds, with -105 juice on both sides. That's down from Los Angeles -2.5 opener, with the line entering Sunday at -2 and dipping to -1.5/-1.

"We're seeing three times the bets and two times the money on the Broncos [spread]. But the moneyline is very even, in terms of money and bet count," BetMGM trading manager Adair Horne said, noting the tickets/money accounts for straight bets and parlays etc.

"The best result for the book would be a Rams win and cover."

The total is at 44.5, with the Under actually taking the bulk of tickes and cash, again accounting for all bet types (straight/parlay etc.).

"Which suggests the bettors think these two defenses will come to play," Horne said.

THIRD UPDATE: Los Angeles is pinned to -2.5 in Hard Rock Bet's NFL odds Week 3. So far, there's only been a modest juice adjustment, from Rams -2.5 flat to -2.5 (-115).

That said, L.A. is drawing 66% of early spread tickets/68% of early spread money. On the moneyline, ticket count is dead even, but a few larger tickets landed on the Broncos, who are therefore netting 85% of cash.

Hard Rock's total is at 45, matching the opener, with 68% of tickets/61% of money on the Under.

SECOND UPDATE: The Rams (1-1 SU and ATS) rebounded just fine from a blowout Week 1 loss to San Francisco. Los Angeles rolled over the New York Giants 28-6 in Monday night football and now preps for its third straight prime-time game.

DraftKings Sports opened Rams-Broncos at L.A. -2.5 (-115) Sunday evening and adjusted to -2.5 flat in short order. On Monday evening, the Rams briefly dipped to -1.5 (-115) before returning to -2.5.

Early spread play is actually leaning into the home 'dog Broncos, at 72% of tickets/67% of money.

DK's total is steady at 45.5, with 60% of early bets on the Over, but practically all the early money — which is certainly very light — on the Under.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Los Angeles (0-1 SU and ATS) isn't yet out of Week 2, while trying to rebound from a blowout Week 1 loss to San Francisco. The Rams host the Giants on Monday night.

Denver (1-1 SU and ATS) rebounded from a Week 1 blowout loss to Kansas City, but needed a rally to do so. The Broncos trailed Jacksonville 13-3 midway through the third quarter, but did the rest of the scoring in a 20-13 victory giving 2.5 points at home.

That didn't impress oddsmakers. Borgata Sports opened L.A. -2.5 in the Sunday night game on the Week 3 NFL odds board.

"The Broncos had a nice come-from-behind win against the Jags to cover the number," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "We still are unsure of Puka Nacua’s status for Monday night against the Giants. So I certainly don’t want to speculate on this game, this far in advance."

Arizona Cardinals vs. San Francisco 49ers Odds

LATEST UPDATE: At 3:05 p.m. ET, an hour before kickoff, the Niners are down to -7.5, with -105 juice on both sides in BetMGM's NFL odds Week 3. San Francisco spent pretty much all week at -8.5, but went to -8 a couple times Friday and got to -7.5 Saturday night.

"It's majority 49ers money. The Cards are another [big] one we'll need," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

BetMGM's total is at 48.5, a tick above the 48 opener and a point up from the 47.5 low.

SECOND UPDATE: As of 12:30 p.m. ET Friday, the Niners remain pinned to -8.5 in DraftKings' NFL Week 3 odds. The only adjustment so far has been to the juice, toggling between the flat -110/-108/-105.

That said, early action is heavy to San Fran, at 77% of bets/90% of money on the spread.

DK's total is at 47.5 (Over -115), also matching the opener, though it toggled up to 48.5 a couple times in the past couple hours. The Over is taking 60% of bets, while 60% of cash is on the Under so far.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: San Francisco (2-0 SU and ATS) is hot out of the gate, outscoring the Rams and Cardinals by a combined 62-20. In Week 2 , the Niners rolled to a 35-13 victory giving 12.5 points to visiting Miami.

Arizona (1-1 SU and ATS) had a quick comedown from its Week 1 road upset of the Chargers. The Cardinals had no answer for defending Super Bowl champion Seattle, tumbling 31-7 as 4.5-point home underdogs.

BetMGM opened and remains 49ers -8.5 late Sunday night. But the total did get a nudge, from 47.5 to 48. As Cipollini consistenly notes, with parlays/same-game parlays and such, the Under is always a need.

LATEST UPDATE: BetMGM has Minnesota -1 in NFL Week 3 odds, as of 3:15 p.m. ET, 50 minutes before kickoff. A week ago, the Vikings opened -2.5, and the line spent most of the week at -1.5, while making a couple dips to -1.

The latest move from -1.5 to -1 came Saturday night.

"Vikings-Bucs is pretty close to 50/50 money. No real need," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

BetMGM's total is at 42.5, down from a 44.5 opener. That said, with parlays/same-game parlays etc., Cipollini said the Under is preferred.

SECOND UPDATE: The Vikes are 1.5-point road favorites in DraftKings' Week 3 NFL odds, as of 12:30 p.m. ET Friday. That's where Minnesota opened, and the number toggled between -1.5/-2.5 a couple times early in the week.

The Vikings are netting 55% of early spread tickets, but 72% of early spread cash is on the short home 'dog Buccaneers.

DK's total is at 42.5, notably down from a 45.5 opener, with all the movement coming by Tuesday. The Over is drawing 60% of tickets, while 67% of money is on the Under.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Tampa Bay (0-2 SU and ATS) was dealt one of the bigger upsets of this young season so far. The Bucs were 8.5-point home faves vs. Cleveland and got upended 24-19, in a game that had a two-hour lightning delay before the final two minutes were played.

The Bucs had the ball most of those two minutes and drove to the Browns 20 before ultimately turning it over on downs.

Minnesota (2-0 SU and ATS) notched a Week 2 upset, as well, though in a rock fight of a game. The Vikings went to Chicago as 4.5-point 'dogs and exited with a 9-3 victory in a field-goal fest. The Vikes were aided by Bears QB Caleb Williams (hamstring) exiting with 8:30 remaining.

BetMGM actually opened the Vikes as 2.5-point road favorites vs. the Bucs in Week 3 NFL odds. There was no movement Sunday night.

SECOND UPDATE: A few books have moved off the Bills -7 opener, including Hard Rock Bet. Buffalo advanced from -7 (-115) to -7.5 (-105) Wednesday morning and remains there at 4:30 p.m. ET Wednesday.

With Josh Allen & Co. quite impressive through two weeks, it's all Bills on the spread so far, at 83% of bets/89% of money.

Hard Rock's total is pinned to 50, but no surprise, the Over is grabbing 70% of early tickets/75% of early money. Through two games, the Bills are averaging 38.5 points on their own.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Buffalo (2-0 SU and ATS), which put up 77 points in the first two weeks, is coming off a mini-bye after a big Week 2 Thursday night win. The Bills topped Detroit 41-31 as 5.5-point home favorites.

Josh Allen accounted for five touchdowns, three passing and two rushing.

Los Angeles is already in an 0-2 SU and ATS hole, losing as a solid home favorite in both matchups while absolutely clobbering Circa Survivor contestants. In Week 2, laying 6.5 points vs. the Raiders, the Chargers tumbled 26-14.

In response, Borgata opened the Bills -7 at home in Week 3 NFL odds. The line was stable Sunday night.

"I don’t see any of the public wanting to play against Josh Allen at this point, after how he has looked in the first two weeks," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "And the Chargers will come limping into this one. I could see this one getting above a touchdown."

New England Patriots vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Odds

SECOND UPDATE: As of 5 p.m. ET Wednesday, the Jags are up to 3-point favorites in Hard Rock Bet's NFL Week 3 odds. Jacksonville opened -2.5 (-115) and to -3 (-105) by lunchtime Monday.

The Jaguars are taking 70% of bets/72% of money on the spread in the early going. Moneyline play is much more even, at 55% of bets Patriots/55% of money Jaguars.

Hard Rock's total nudged from 45 to 44.5 Tuesday, with 78% of bets/81% of money on the Under so far.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Jacksonville (1-1 SU and ATS) held a 13-3 lead at Denver midway through the third quarter. But the Jags couldn't make it hold up, giving up the final 17 points in a 20-13 loss as 2.5-point pups.

New England (1-1 SU/2-0 ATS) put the clamps on Pittsburgh in Week 2. The Pats allowed only a field goal as the first half ended, coasting to a 20-3 victory as 4.5-point home favorites.

Patriots-Jags opened at Jacksonville -2.5 in Borgata Sports' NFL Week 3 odds.

"Early Jags money is laying less than the key number of 3. And the total has already ticked up a half-point," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said of a Sunday night move from 44.5 to 45.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Cincinnati is out of the gate at 2-0 SU and ATS, after an impressive Week 2 road win. The Bengals shut down Houston 20-6 as 2.5-point road underdogs.

LATEST UPDATE: Houston is laying 2 points on the road at BetMGM, as of 10 a.m. ET Sunday. The Texans opened -1.5 and went to -2.5 shortly thereafter last Sunday, then peaked at -3 a couple times by midweek.

Then the number toggled between Houston -2/-1.5 late in the week, sticking at -2 since Friday. The Texans are taking 58% of spread tickets, while 67% of spread dollars are on the Colts.

BetMGM's total is at 42.5, down from a 43.5 opener, with tickets and money running almost even. There's a slight tickets lean to the Over and a slight moey lean to the Under.

SECOND UPDATE: As of 1 p.m. ET Thursday, the Texans are -1.5 (-118) in DraftKings' NFL Week 1 odds. Houston opend -1.5 and got to -3 on Monday and again Tuesday, before dipping to -2.5 Wednesday and -1.5 Thursday.

The home 'dog Colts are netting 54% of early spread tickets, while 72% of early spread money is on the Texans.

DK's total is at 42.5, down from a 43.5 opener and a 44.5 high early in the week. The Over is drawing 66% of bets, while 55% of money is on the Under.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Houston (0-2 SU and ATS) is off to a rough start for a playoff team considered to have one of the NFL's best defenses. In Week 2, the Texans closed as 2.5-point favorites and lost to Cincinnati 20-6.

Indianapolis (0-1 SU and ATS) is on the field right now, visiting Kansas City in the Week 2 Sunday night game.

The Texans opened -1.5 vs. the Colts in BetMGM's NFL odds Week 3 market, with no movement Sunday night.

Tennessee Titans vs. New York Giants Odds

LATEST UPDATE: New York, minus Jaxson Dart, is -2.5 in BetMGM's NFL Week 3 odds, as of 10:30 a.m. ET Sunday. And there's reduced juice, so it's Giants -2.5 (-112)/Titans +2.5 (-105).

Last Sunday, the Giants opened -6. But that was before Dart suffered a knee injury in a Week 2 Monday night loss to the Rams. The line reopened at New York -3.5 Tuesday and stabilized at -2.5 Thursday.

Spread tickets and money are almost dead even, with a slight Titans lean on tickets and a slight Giants lean on money.

BetMGM's total is at 37.5, the lowest on the board and well off the 43 opener, pre-Dart injury. The Under is nabbing 83% of tickets/78% of money.

FOURTH UPDATE: With no Jaxson Dart, the Giants are down to -2.5 (-118) in DraftKings' NFL Week 3 odds, as of 1 p.m. ET Friday. New York opened -5.5 and initially nudged up to -6 Sunday night. Titans-Giants was taken off the board after Dart's injury in Monday Night Football.

On Tuesday morning, DraftKings reopened at Giants -3.5 and went to -3/-2.5 over the course of the day. The line has since toggled a couple times between -3/-2.5.

It's two-way spread play so far this week, with 53% of tickets on the Titans and money running dead even.

DK's total is at 38.5, after opening at 42.5 (Over -115) and reopening Tuesday at 40.5 (Under -115). The Under is getting 69% of early tickets and practically all the early money.

THIRD UPDATE: Giants QB Jaxson Dart's knee injury is reportedly worse than initially thought. He's no doubt out this week and in fact might need surgery and be done for the season.

Corresondingly, this line has made U-turn. DraftKings Sports opened the Giants -5.5 vs. the Titans and initially went to -6, then took the game off the board during New York's loss to the Rams on Monday Night Football.

Early Tuesday, DK went back up at Giants -3.5 (-105). But as news got out Tuesday afternoon that Dart's injury was more serious, the number backed up to -3/-2.5 (-120).

As of 10 p.m. ET Tuesday, it's New York -3 (+102). So oddsmakers see the drop-off from Dart to Jameis Winston being worth 2.5-3 points.

Early spread tickets are almost even, at 53% for the road 'dog Titans, while 81% of early spread money is on the Giants.

SECOND UPDATE: New York (1-1 SU/1-1 ATS) saw a Week 2 that was very much opposite Week 1. On the Giants' first drive, Jaxson Dart suffered a knee injury that ended his night.

The G-Men then struggled behind Jameis Winston, losing to the Rams 28-6 as 6.5-point road underdogs. And Dart's status isn't yet known for Week 3.

Because of that, Titans-Giants is off the board late Tuesday night. On Sunday evening, DraftKings Sports opened Big Blue as a 5.5-point home favorite and moved to -6 in relatively short order.

However, if Dart is out, that number is sure to dip when this game re-emerges in NFL Week 3 odds. New York was taking 69% of early spread bets and practically all the early spread money before MNF and the Dart injury.

DK's total opened at 43.5 and toggled a couple times to 42.5 (Over -120), where it stood before Titans-Giants was taken down. The Over was drawing 58% of early bets/78% of early dollars.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: New York still has Week 2 work to do. The Giants visit the Rams in the Monday night game.

Tennessee (0-2 SU/1-1 ATS) gave Philadelphia all it could handle, but it wasn't quite enough. The Titans took a 20-17 lead on a field goal with 1:56 remaining, but gave up a touchdown in the waning seconds to lose 24-20. Still, Tennessee covered as a 7-point home 'dog.

Titans-Giants opened at New York -6 in BetMGM's NFL Week 3 odds, with no Sunday night moves.

Carolina Panthers vs. Cleveland Browns Odds

LATEST UPDATE: Carolina is -1.5 in BetMGM's Week 3 NFL odds, as of 10:30 a.m. ET Sunday, 2.5 hours before kickoff. The Panthers opened -3 and spent much of the week bouncing between -3/-2.5. Carolina dipped to -2/-1.5 Saturday and repeated that process Sunday morning.

The Panthers are getting 65% of spread bets/63% of spread money.

BetMGM's total is at 42, up from a 40.5 opener, with 55% of bets/85% of money on the Over.

SECOND UPDATE: DraftKings has the Panthers -2.5 (-118), as of 1 p.m. ET Thursday. That matches Sunday's opener, and Carolina made a couple trips to -3 this week, most recently Thursday morning, to -3 (-102).

It's all Panthers early, at 85% of spread tickets/91% of spread money.

DraftKings' total is at 42.5, up from a 41.5 (Under -118) opener and 40.5 low on Sunday. It's two-way action so far, at 52% of tickets on the Over/55% of money on the Under.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Carolina (1-1 SU and ATS) ended a nearly five-year drought of not winning as a favorite. The Panthers pounded Atlanta 34-3 laying 2.5 points on the road, their first win as a favorite since Sept. 23, 2021.

But Cleveland (1-1 SU and ATS) pulled the far bigger surprise of Week 2. The Browns were 8.5-point road underdogs and stunned Tampa Bay 24-19, in a game that saw the last two minutes delayed for two hours by lightning.

Cleveland forced the Bucs to turn it over on downs in the waning seconds, with Tampa in the red zone.

BetMGM opened the Panthers -3 (-112) and adjusted to -3 (-118) on Sunday night. The total ticked up a half-point from 40.5 to 41.

LATEST UPDATE: Green Bay is -4.5 in BetMGM's NFL Week 3 odds, as of 7:15 p.m. ET Thursday, an hour before kickoff. BetMGM is also dealing reduced juice, at Packers -4.5 (-110)/Falcons +4.5 (even).

The Packers opened -7 and made their way down throughout the week. However:

"Despite the move for the Falcons this week, the majority of handle is on the Packers, on the spread and moneyline, for straight bets and parlays," BetMGM trading manager Tristan Davis said. "We need a Falcons win. If not, a 4.5 cover will be good enough."

The total is at 43, up from a 42.5 low point early today but down from the 44.5 opener. But Davis said BetMGM needs the Under, per usual, mainly due to parlays/same-game parlays and player props.

SECOND UPDATE: As of 4:30 p.m. ET Wednesday, the Packers are down to -5.5 in Hard Rock Bet's Week 3 NFL odds. On Sunday, Green Bay opened -7.5, then moved to -6.5 Monday and -6/-5.5 Tuesday.

That's largely due to Michael Penix returning from last season's torn ACL to make his first start. So the Falcons won't be trotting out Cooper Rush for a third time this season.

Early spread opinion is split, with 62% of tickets on Green Bay/61% of money on Atlanta.

Hard Rock's total is at it's low point of 43 (Over -115), getting there Wednesday morning after opening at 44.5 and making stops at 44/43.5. The Under is nabbing 70% of early tickets/77% of early cash.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Green Bay (1-1 SU/0-2 ATS) hasn't been impressive thus far. In Week 2, the Packers were 3.5-point road favorites vs. the Jets and escaped with a 20-17 overtime victory.

But Atlanta (0-2 SU and ATS) showed far worse in Week 2. The Falcons were 2.5-point home underdogs vs. Carolina and got trucked 34-3.

Borgata Sports, a BetMGM shop in Atlantic City, opened the Packers -7 in NFL Week 1 odds. There was no Sunday night movement.

"Will we finally see a somewhat competent quarterback take a snap for Atlanta this season?" Borgata sportsook director Tom Gable said. "The Falcons are hoping Michael Penix is back on Thursday night, because things are quickly unraveling in the first two weeks of the season."

Indeed, third-string Cooper Rush started the first two games, as Penix recovers from a torn ACL suffered last season and Tua Tagovailoa dealing with an oblique injury.

"I’m not sure how much backing the public is going to give the Falcons here. Early money has been all on Green Bay," Gable said.
